Design Concept
The lot is sketched before we meet. Then, in our initial meeting, we ask a series of questions that helps us to understand what sort of home you are looking for, even if you aren't sure. We then sketch a rough layout of the home just using circles to represent rooms to allow a feel of the home's flow. We then take that drawing and turn it into a preliminary design.

Preliminary Design
In our second meeting, a design sketch is presented to you that includes the front elevation. We take you through the design explaining why each wall is where it was drawn. We do not try to "sell" you on the plan. Changes can be made, and normally, you will leave with a copy of the plan to review while we continue working.

Final Plans
After the changes have been made and you approve the layout, we finalize the plans. We present you with your dream home on paper. We then are able to begin breaking ground on you new home to bring it to life so that you may truely enjoy it.
